Bulky Vintage 90's Necklace

Aprx 22 inch Bulky necklace. In internet shows as a chico design but this piece doesnt have the signature sign. But is very pretty. It has acrylic round bead with  black leather strands and a blue leather pendant with clear acrylic accent. Actual necklace on picture.  Pre-Owned  in good codition
